A rating service is now online to gather positive and negative feedback to improve services relating to cultural and naturalistic heritage in Puglia.  

How does it work?

At the bottom of every page in the portal are a few questions so that visitors can simply and quickly rate attractions using a star system, from one star (poor) to five stars (excellent).   

Users can give their opinions on the accessibility of the area and the attraction, in terms of how easy locations and attractions are reached; whether the place visited lived up to expectations; the quality of information available online or at the site visited, and leave a comment on how well the site is preserved.
