Visit to the site the plateau of Altamura: a walk along an easy trail of the Alta Murgia with an extraordinary landscape boundlessthat will lead us to the spectacular karstic basin called the "Pulo di Altamura" (97 m deep and 550 m wide). Here you will participate in the workshop entitled "Voyage into the natural depths of the Earth" which will familiarize you with the geo-morphology of the Murgia and its fantastic underground world, rich in mysteries to be discovered. Visit to a traditional oven where participants will learn the techniques for making the famous bread of Altamura, produced by grinding the best qualities of organically grown grains, and various other baked specialties. Sampling of bread, focaccia, and other baked goods typical of Altamura.
