Visit to the site the plateau of Altamura: a walk along an easy trail of the Alta Murgia with an extraordinary landscape boundlessthat will lead us to the spectacular karstic basin called the "Pulo di Altamura" (97 m  deep and 550 m wide). Here you will participate in the workshop entitled "Voyage into the natural depths of the Earth" which will familiarize you with the geo-morphology of the Murgia and its fantastic underground world, rich in mysteries to be discovered.
Visit to a traditional oven where participants will learn the techniques for making the famous bread of Altamura, produced by grinding the best qualities of organically grown grains, and various other baked specialties.
