Puglia by sailing boat

The itinerary begins in the city of Bari. After a short stroll in the old town, visiting the renowned Basilica di San Nicola, you will board ship at the nearby port and set sail for Monopoli, following the characteristically pebbly coastline. Docking at Monopoli, a saunter through the town facing the port and surrounded by the well-preserved ruins of the ancient town walls is a real must. The next day you will set off for Brindisi, where you will visit the Castello Aragonese, a splendid fortification built on a small island facing the port. The last stop of the sailing tour is Otranto, recommended not merely for its amazing sea but also for its artistic and architectural wonders, such as the castle and the renowned cathedral, a few steps away from your landing place.
