This itinerary begins in Gallipoli and its splendid city centre, where you can visit two renovated oil mills in Via De Pace, under Palazzo Granafei and Palazzo Grassi. Crossing the Salento you will reach the Itria Valley. In Locorotondo, we recommend visiting the Cantina Sociale, close to the town centre, while in the afternoon you can stop over in Martina Franca, in the province of Taranto, where you may visit various winegrowers and the oil mill “L’Acropoli di Puglia”, in operation since the late 1800’s.
