Through the countryside of Puglia you will come across numerous traditional farms (or Masseria), symbols of the local rural transformation. Start from the Abissinia, Masella and Pozzo di Sarro farms of Palagianello. In the afternoon, move on to the Museo della Civiltà Contadina, the Masseria Lupoli in Crispiano and, a few kilometres away, on the road to Martina Franca, the Masseria Russoli, managed by the State Forester and home to the Martina Franca donkey breeding farm.
