Gravina DOC (Registered Designation of Origin) is a wine to be typically drunk with fish dishes if “dry” or to top up a meal if “sweet”, and is also available as sparkling wine. Up to 60% of it comes from vines of Malvasia del Chianti, Greco di Tufo, Bianco di Alessano.
Straw yellow, slightly greenish in colour, it has a distinctive, pleasant flavour, dry or sweet to the taste, fresh, rich, well-balanced, delicate, occasionally zingy.
