Set of urban towers characterising the ancient hamlet of Cisternino, whose access door was the Norman-Swabian tower of Porta Grande (XIII cent.). Seventeen metres high, a small statue of Saint Nicholas is installed on its summit. The tower was restored many times over the ages, the last of which was in 1995. The Ricci-Capece palace has the homonymous tower, also called Wind tower. Outside the city walls, in San Quirico street, lie the Amati palace and its tower, dating back to the late Middle Ages.
