A tour of the ancient city of Egnazia, where the structure of an ancient Roman city and its main buildings (public monuments, private houses, artisan workshops) are still visible. You will learn about their building techniques and marvel at via Traiana, an important example of the Romans’ extraordinary feats of civil engineering and craftsmanship in building streets. You will then visit the Archaeological Museum, which hosts artefacts from various excavation sites. Some of its most important artefacts include the head of Attis, the Greek God, and a floor mosaic depicting the Three Graces. The afternoon will be thrilling, with a visit to the Fasano Safari Park, a large zoo where you will have the opportunity to see many wildlife species roaming freely through large open environments. Right next to the Zoo there is an amusement park with rides and shows for visitors of all ages.
